Borst brings extensive leadership experience from within the Allstate family of companies to lead Answer’s profitable growth and innovation

VALLEY VILLAGE, Calif., April 10, 2024 – Answer Financial®, one of the nation’s largest personal lines insurance agencies, announced today it has named Bill Borst as its new President. Borst, who has served as President of Ivantage Brokerage since 2020, will now lead both businesses, which are part of the Allstate family of companies.

In his new role, Borst will drive Answer’s strategic vision to expand its auto, home, and small business insurance solutions while continuing to innovate. His dual leadership of Answer and Ivantage is expected to create synergies that will benefit customers across both platforms.

His career with Allstate includes serving as COO/Vice President Personal Lines Brokerage and Vice President of Agency Sales, roles that have given him expansive understanding of the insurance industry from multiple angles.

As President of Answer, Borst will focus on enhancing the company’s omnichannel insurance platforms, expand its network of carrier and affiliate partners, and further develop its customer-centric approach to insurance.
